Visual Soft, Inc is seeking an accomplished and competent resource for Business Development with established and verifiable relationships with federal agencies and/or federal system integrators in the DC metro area. **No Phone calls**

Candidates must have a proven track record of developing customer relationships, not just creating a pipeline of opportunities. Experience with prime contract vehicles including Schedule 70, Oasis+ SB track (pre-award), and CIO-SP4 (pending award after Phase 1 and 2). Ability to manage all aspects of business development from opportunity identification to proposal submission. Extensive relationships with end customers or system integrators using IDIQ contracts in the Federal Civilian and DoD sectors. Capability to include our company on existing IDIQs with various mid to large system integrators by demonstrating value and knowledge of end customers or agencies in the DoD or Federal Civilian space. Demonstrable relationships with at least three mid to large system integrators in the DC metro area, including details on contracts and revenues generated over the past 3-4 years. Perform business development for commercial clients, system integrators, or federal agencies by identifying, qualifying, and pre-positioning for new business opportunities. Extensive contacts within the DC metro area's IT Management/CIO and contracting organizations, with a proven, quantifiable track record in business development. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Working knowledge of services such as GenAI (LLMs), Big Data, IT Operations and Maintenance, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, SharePoint, Application Development, Mobile Strategy, Program Management, Engineering Support, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and Systems Integration. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a seasoned professional with current knowledge of federal procurement processes, agencies, personnel, and related programs. Based on experience, with commission on gross revenue (direct labor) or other mutually agreed methods. No earning cap. Incentive packages available for candidates bringing business with large primes, leveraging WOSB status, or establishing subcontracting relationships with large primes. No travel expense reimbursements within DC metro area; client entertainment expenses will be reimbursed with prior approval. Standard Benefits

Includes 3 weeks PTO (which includes sick leave), floating and public holidays, health and dental insurance coverage (50% covered by the company for full-time employees), STD, LTD, and life insurance, effective after 30 days of employment. Unused PTO is paid out at anniversary. Dependents can be added at extra cost.
