Job Location - Fort Mills SC (Day One Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Should be able to analyze blocking queries and provide detailed recommendations on remediation Expertise with SolarWinds DPA and other monitoring tools, to help with analysis of queries Expertise with SQL tuning Expertise with Database tuning Successful migration of code through the SDLC
Required Skills
SQL DBA SQL Server (MSSQL Server 2016, 2022): Installation, configuration, and management T-SQL: Writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, triggers Backup & Recovery: Full, differential, transaction log backups Performance Tuning: Query optimization, indexing, execution plans High Availability: Clustering, Always On, replication Security: Role-based access control, auditing, encryption ETL Tools: SSIS, Azure Data Factory (optional) Monitoring Tools: SQL Server Profiler, Redgate, SolarWinds, etc.
Soft Skills
