This role reports to the Country Global Capability Leader. What You’ll Do This role leads the Tech Strategy & CIO Advisory sub-capability, ensuring alignment with Slalom’s objectives and scalable goal achievement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to adapt offerings to market trends, fostering strong customer relationships, aligning recruitment with demand, and overseeing operations to meet financial and operational targets while promoting a collaborative community. Capability Vision & Strategy Leads the creation and execution of the Tech Strategy & CIO Advisory country strategy, ensuring measured progress towards goals & priorities in alignment to Slalom strategy and Global Capability Strategy. Go To Market Approach Leverages own expertise in Tech Strategy & CIO Advisory to contribute thought leadership (e.g., white papers, conference keynotes). Partners with Client Outcomes leadership to provide input on market trends, form or sunset offerings, and drive service go-to-market strategies. Business Development & Sales Provides subject matter expertise and solutioning for strategic clients. Creates leadership teams, go-to-market motions, and manages pipeline and business development activities. Revenue targets: Senior Principal - $2.5M; Director - $5M+ Resource Pipeline Owns hiring/recruiting strategy for the capability, partnering with leadership to align demand and supply. People Development Defines learning priorities, provides coaching and mentoring, and partners with HR for performance management. Delivery Management Builds and maintains key client relationships, participates in deal quality assurance, and manages delivery escalations. Financial Management Forms the capability’s AOP, manages business operations, and grows the business aligned with forecasts. What You’ll Bring Inspirational & visionary leadership with strategic thinking. Proven ability to translate strategy into action with financial impact. Experience leading large, high-performing teams. Expertise in complex consulting project delivery. 10+ years in Tech Strategy & CIO Advisory with relevant certifications. Innovative mindset and thought leadership creation. Strong sales record and solutioning leadership. Additional Ability to travel up to 50%.
