As a QA Team Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our product’s quality and the growth of your team. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers , fostering their professional development, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high team morale and performance. Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes and strategies

for our networking security platform, aligning them with overall project goals and organizational objectives. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate all QA activities

across multiple projects and releases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, R&D Leads, and developers

to understand requirements, identify key features, assess risks, and define testable solutions for complex networking security features. Drive test automation initiatives , including selecting appropriate tools and frameworks, overseeing the development and maintenance of automated test suites, and promoting an automation-first mindset within the team. Design and implement

comprehensive test strategies

for complex software systems, covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing. Oversee the

execution of test plans , meticulously documenting and tracking defects to resolution. Effectively

communicate QA status, risks, and progress

to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution. Champion quality best practices, explore and introduce new QA tools and technologies, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function. Job Qualifications:

We’re looking for a leader with both deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance , with at least

2-3 years in a leadership or senior QA role , preferably leading a team. Extensive experience (5+ years) in the fields of networking , with an expert-level understanding of core networking services and protocols such as:

Bridging, Routing, NAT, VxLAN, MPLS, DNS, Load Balancing, and Firewalls (FW) . Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team

of highly skilled QA engineers. Strong understanding of

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

and

QA methodologies

(Agile/Scrum). Demonstrated ability to

understand and analyze complex systems , identifying critical paths and potential failure points. Hands-on experience with

traffic generation and validation equipment and software . Familiarity with

network product compliance and regulations . Proficiency in managing and working with

Virtual Machines (VMs)

and

Docker containers . Experience with

test management tools

(e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and

defect tracking systems

(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Excellent

interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills , capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels. Desired Qualifications (Nice to Haves): A strong

background in Network-Security

and experience with security testing methodologies. Experience in

system integration

for multi-disciplinary products. Hands-on Python scripting knowledge

for test automation and tool development. Experience working in

complex project and matrix environments . Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

and integrating QA activities into continuous delivery workflows. Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
