medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and 401k with company match General Description: The Management Analyst advises, assists, prepares, and reviews all information involved in the preparation of purchase orders and related contractual issues. They monitor assigned contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring timely submission and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of State Acquisition Regulations. The role involves performing acquisition support functions to meet agency requirements. Professional Qualifications and Skills: Must possess a Secret security clearance Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (eight years of related experience can substitute for a degree) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the Department of State and other government agencies Thorough knowledge of FAR, DOSAR, and other procurement regulations, policies, and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook), Oracle-based programs, and PeopleSoft Major Duties: Draft procurement documentation, including scopes of work, specifications, justifications, evaluation criteria, requisitions, solicitation materials, and cost analyses Monitor contracts for funding adequacy and performance, initiating administrative actions as needed Provide expertise and support on contractual issues within regulatory frameworks, especially FAR Advise on contracting and acquisition activities, coordinate with relevant branches Draft and review task orders, modifications, and interagency agreement documents Review vendor quotes and funding levels, and process invoices and funding requests Other Duties: This job description does not encompass all activities, duties, or responsibilities and may change at any time.
