Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 + comprehensive benefits
Glenmont Group’s client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to support its Transactional & Advisory Group. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with partners to shape and execute business development strategies that elevate the firm’s profile and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop key client relationships. Lead profile-raising efforts through award submissions, media engagement, thought leadership, and events. Support high-level pitches, proposals, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and finance teams. Mentor junior BD staff, while serving as the go-to advisor for cross-functional marketing needs.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in business development or marketing in a professional services setting (law firm preferred). Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Deep understanding of market trends, client development, and brand positioning.
