Shape the Growth Strategy of Two Trailblazing Practice Areas
Glenmont Group's client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its fast-paced Marketing and Business Development department. This is a high-impact role supporting the Intellectual Property and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys to drive strategic growth, enhance the firm’s market presence, and deepen key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys to develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans that support individual and group goals. Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client growth and retention. Manage public relations, rankings, awards submissions, and thought leadership campaigns to raise the profile of the practices. Lead the execution of high-value events, client proposals, and feedback initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders.
