Supply Chain Specialist (Associate or Experienced)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate or Experienced), to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.The Asset Manager will be responsible for leading the F-15 International Statement of Work (SOW) as well as supply chain demand, forecast planning, and execution activities. The contract supports modern service activity where operations are aligned to Performance Based Logistics support methods in Hazelwood, MO.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including an Associate and Experienced Supply Chain Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantitiesEnters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer ordersProcesses material returned from customersAssists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performanceProcesses documentation associated with repair items and warranty claimsInterface directly with the Qatar customer, work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise, and possess working knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processRequired involvement in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include customer demand review, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of prime contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services teamBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)1+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, or accounting1+ years of implementation experience with Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and Supply Planning1+ years of experience working with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, Supply Chain modeling & Simulation tools, and ERP Systems1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related fieldPossess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and qualityPosition requires strong organizational, communication and presentation skillsExperience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting tools MS2, SPO, GOLD, TAV, WOW, COPPR, NWP and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferredStrong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract materialDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
