Senior Project Scheduler

Job Description Hi, I’m the direct recruiter for a well-paid Senior Project Scheduler with a successful construction management services firm. This is a visible 6-year project, working M-F in an office near you. Salary to $188K or more, paid vacation, sick pay, holidays, benefits, and a 401(K) match. As a Senior Project Scheduler with ANE Consulting ( https://anenow.com/ ), you’ll support the execution and delivery of design-build services for four new borough-based jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island. HIGHLIGHTS Perform schedule reviews and prepare bi-weekly/monthly schedule update analysis reports. Develop, update, and maintain cost/resource loaded schedules. Analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions to mitigate or avoid cost and schedule overruns. Produce progress reviews covering schedule logic, sequencing, constraints, float, cost, resources, earned value, and critical paths. Monitor, review, and report schedule status to program schedulers and executives. Develop “What-If” scenarios, mitigation plans, and look-ahead schedules with time impact analysis. Assess and evaluate delays and claims. Identify schedule issues, opportunities, and corrective actions. Present project updates in meetings as required. REQUIREMENTS Degree and 10+ years of planning, scheduling, and project controls experience, with exposure to multiple sides of the business (consultant, owner/owner rep, architect, contractor, engineer), including: Field experience. On-site office at 777 3rd Ave with occasional travel to facilities. Experience in institutional or vertical high-rise construction, preferably detention facilities. Regular on-site walk-throughs. Proficiency in developing resource-loaded design and construction schedules using CPM. Expertise in Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Earned Value Analysis.
