Program Manager
supporting the Federal Judiciary. This program provides IT support, infrastructure management, and security for a major federal agency, including planning national IT policy, standards, and architecture.
HOW A
Program Manager
WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manage resources effectively to meet program requirements.
Establish and maintain processes for tracking issues and providing status updates.
Deliver regular reports on service utilization, capacity, outages, and upgrades.
Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules.
Provide updates on activities, issues, and performance metrics.
Make critical business decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
Track unresolved issues and their resolutions.
Ensure program deliverables align with operational goals.
Provide expertise on cloud technology to the program and client.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field + 7 years of experience, or
Bachelor’s Degree + 12 years of experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Required Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in program/task management
Experience in IT and Cloud environments planning and management
Experience managing federal cloud task orders
Accountability for deliverables quality and timeliness
ITIL and/or AGILE certifications preferred
Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP required
Security Clearance Level:
Must possess or be able to obtain Public Trust clearance for US Courts
Location:
Hybrid position based in Washington, DC or San Antonio, TX
