This is an exciting opportunity for a proven electrical support engineer. This role is for a dedicated individual who will work full-time with specific customers, performing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual metrics. Specific duties include: Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of test equipment assets used with Keysight calibration software. Ensure compatibility between customer expectations and support provided by Keysight Technologies. Advise customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, and test ETE configurations for optimal results. Assist customers in evaluating test failures, distinguishing between hardware and system software issues to determine if repair or re-alignment is needed. Understand and utilize all Keysight software-based calibration platforms. Train customer technicians and support Keysight calibration software (STE & TME). Qualifications
Careers Privacy Statement University Degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years of relevant experience. Requirements include: 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer/Technician. Skills in calibration and repair of selective Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Experience with automated calibration software platforms. Strong customer interface skills. Pay Range: USD $119,850.00 - USD $199,750.00 per year. The level of this role will be based on experience, education, and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Pay ranges may vary by region for other locations. This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program.
