Location The position is located in Lenexa, KS, Oak Ridge, TN, or Lone Tree, CO. Responsibilities Lead the development and growth of engineering nuclear services with oversight of the engineering team. Provide direction and leadership to manage engineers and subconsultants, ensuring project execution and delivery. Identify DOE and commercial market potentials, target opportunities, key partners, bidding strategies, and industry events. Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to maintain strong relationships. Analyze market data for trends and opportunities, contributing to strategic planning. Coordinate with proposal and marketing teams to produce deliverables to achieve capture goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field with 15-20+ years of experience in managing complex projects, engineering, and business development in the nuclear market. Successful record of developing new business related to nuclear construction projects is preferred. Ability to develop strategies and transactions typical for nuclear design engineering. Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of nuclear design engineering processes. Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. Willingness to travel as required; flexible schedule necessary. Other Requirements:

Reliable attendance and productivity. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Work safely and follow instructions. Work during normal hours and overtime as needed. Field roles may involve travel and varying conditions. Base Compensation: $179,000/yr - $187,000/yr (subject to variation based on experience, education, and location).
