Location The position is located in Lenexa, KS, Oak Ridge, TN, or Lone Tree, CO. Responsibilities Lead the development and growth of engineering nuclear services with oversight of the engineering team Provide direction and leadership to manage engineers and subconsultants, ensuring project delivery Identify DOE and commercial market opportunities, target clients, bidding strategy, and industry events Maintain client engagement with decision-makers, partners, and affiliates Analyze market data for trends and expansion opportunities Coordinate with proposal and marketing teams to produce proposals, brochures, and presentations Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field with 15-20+ years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, engineering, and business development in the nuclear market Successful record in developing new business for nuclear construction projects preferred Ability to develop strategies and transactions typical for nuclear design engineering Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of design engineering processes in nuclear facilities US Citizen or US Permanent Resident Willingness to travel as needed; flexible schedule required Other Requirements:
