Audeze LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor in Santa Ana, CA, to manage end-to-end product development from conceptualization to launch. The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and three (3) years of experience designing critical headphone components, evaluating manufacturing automation, leading planar magnetic diaphragm manufacturing, optimizing processes, conducting research on new materials, utilizing molecular dynamics and multiscale simulations, performing root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement, and creating prototypes using CAD, 3D printing, and laser processes. The candidate should have expertise in mechanical, electromagnetic, and acoustic simulations, as well as knowledge of electronics and magnetic structures. Telecommuting or working from home may be permitted according to company policies. Sony is an EOE. Salary range: $157,414.00 – $180,000.00/year.
