The role involves managing end-to-end product development from concept to launch, requiring a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and at least three years of experience designing headphone components, evaluating manufacturing processes, leading manufacturing operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and utilizing CAD, 3D printing, and laser technologies for prototyping. The role also involves advanced simulation work in acoustics, electromagnetics, and mechanics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
