Base pay range
$166,000.00/yr - $197,500.00/yr Seeking experienced Product Managers to join the Risk Management Product team within a cutting-edge fortune 100 FinTech organization to support the integration of risk-related products into the broader Risk Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a central role in aligning risk management practices, defining and driving the convergence of products, data, and processes. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative that shapes the future state of the risk management product suite. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal product teams, product owners, and technology stakeholders to align on strategy, requirements, and execution plans. Analyze current state of risk management products and processes to define integration requirements and determine if redevelopment is needed. Drive requirements development, data analysis, and systems analysis to support integration efforts. Manage product roadmaps, ensuring key milestones are met and the product vision aligns with broader enterprise objectives. Conduct in-depth data mapping and define data requirements to ensure product functionality post-integration. Support cross-functional teams with documentation, stakeholder communication, and change management activities. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience in the financial services industry, specifically in risk management domains. Proven experience managing digital risk management products (not marketing-focused). Data analysis experience. Systems analysis experience. Roadmap and product lifecycle management Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset Strong collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on product integration initiatives or enterprise transformation projects. Exposure to regulatory and compliance landscapes in financial services.
