Program Financial Analyst Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local Overview: CCI is seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst (PFA), Senior, to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II). Responsibilities: Provide financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making related to program delivery. Manage all program financials, including costs, funding, labor charging, forecasting, internal reporting, and invoice processing. Prepare and monitor program EACs and cost performance to ensure contractual obligations are met. Oversee travel and purchasing processes for timely requests and government review. Contribute to the development and maintenance of contract deliverables. Assist in managing and reviewing costs, funding, labor, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and support annual operating plans, forecasts, and updates. Create accurate monthly performance reports for programs and projects. Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to ensure compliance. Monitor program requirements and progress. Support program meetings and deliverables, including the PMP. Monitor cost performance against plans. Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and assignments, functioning as a technical expert. Supervise others, if applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS). 8-12 years of relevant experience. Active secret security clearance. Mastery of financial analysis, government contracting, and subcontracting labor hour tracking. Knowledge of travel, purchasing, forecasting, and decision support. Skills in developing and managing operating plans, performance reports, and financial controls. Proficiency in cost monitoring, invoice preparation, and reporting. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $82,100 - $172,400, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and education.
