Main Duties & Responsibilities

Implement TPM, VSM, SPS and promote utilization of key process tools throughout the two facilities to identify and eliminate unfavorable gaps in performance tied to business KPIs. Develop and deploy DMS using structured problem-solving A4 Methodology. Lead, engage, and train employees on TOS and continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to Six Sigma, 5S, Lean, OEE, and others. Partner with HR leadership on broader training plans and processes. Track and improve OEE opportunities, including downtime results, data integrity, and developing improvement plans based on data analysis. Ensure the system support highlights the right issues and employees are assigned to address root causes impacting performance. Establish and manage systems for a “right first time” performance philosophy. Provide leadership and develop direct reports with clear direction and focus. Support safety as a top priority in training, job design, and regulatory compliance. Competencies

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $135,000. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, with expertise in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma, including VSM, 6-S, A-3, LSS/DMAIC, SPC, Kanban, Flow, and OEE.
