The Project Management Pillar is a service-oriented pillar within the DFO that is responsible for providing excellent process and project management capabilities to help the Dalio Family and the broader DFO achieve their goals through project management, training, process optimization, and reporting. While the content of these projects will vary in nature consistent with the broad range of interests of the family and requirements of the organization, this person will play a direct role in ensuring the project and organizational goals are met. Position Summary: The Senior Project Associate will report directly to the Head of the Project Management Pillar and will be responsible for leading multiple projects concurrently. The content of these projects will vary in nature, as will the complexity and duration. This position will play a direct role in the creation of the project by translating a goal/vision into a timeline with deliverables; measure outcomes along the way using milestones and metrics; report on the status/health of the project; and play a role in the execution of the project, either by direct participation or supervision of internal/external resource(s). Qualifications: 8+ years of project management experience, including successful completion of multiple large projects/initiatives and/or successful completion of multiple medium/large projects concurrently Strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret data into a clear synthesis Familiarity/experience with project management software, such as basic office productivity software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, and SharePoint Experience successfully managing 2-4 medium-sized projects concurrently Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Compensation: Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $160,000 -$190,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
