Senior Project Associate
The Senior Project Associate will report directly to the Head of the Project Management Pillar and will be responsible for leading multiple projects concurrently. The content of these projects will vary in nature, as will the complexity and duration. This position will play a direct role in the creation of the project by translating a goal/vision into a timeline with deliverables; measure outcomes along the way using milestones and metrics; report on the status/health of the project; and play a role in the execution of the project, either by direct participation or supervision of internal/external resources. Qualifications: 8+ years of project management experience Strong communication skills Familiarity/experience with project management software Experience successfully managing 2-4 medium-sized projects concurrently Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $160,000 -$190,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package.
