The Manager of Case Management is a Registered Nurse with advanced training and experience, reporting to the Director of Case Management & Social Services. Responsibilities include monitoring department processes, ensuring appropriate patient services, regulatory compliance, and fostering leadership and collaboration. Assist with patient throughput and discharge planning. Develop relationships with care providers and promote safe discharge plans. Manage department operations, staffing, and daily support activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred. Current California RN license. Minimum 5 years of case management or nursing management experience in an acute hospital setting. Knowledge of federal and state regulations, Interqual, M&R, and hospital reimbursement processes.
