The System Director of Utilization Management ensures that the services provided within the organization are appropriate, necessary, and cost-effective while adhering to contract requirements in line with quality patient care. This position will lead, develop, and oversee the organization’s utilization management strategies, while managing a team of UM staff. This Director ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to optimize resource utilization. Description

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree
Defined Education:
Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
Years’ Experience:
Six (6) years
Defined Experience:
Health and Human services field
License/Certifications:
Current Texas licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or another comparable license
Supervisory Experience:
Three (3) years
