Job Title: AI Content Conversation Designer

W2 Only Job Description: We’re seeking a skilled AI Content Conversation Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered conversational experiences across chatbots, IVR systems, and other AI-powered interfaces. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize conversation flows that align with brand voice, user needs, and accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end conversation flows for chat, voice, and multimodal interfaces, including IVR systems. Write clear, engaging conversational content that reflects the brand voice and enhances user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies. Use data, user research, and usability testing to iterate and improve conversational experiences. Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems. Establish and maintain conversation design standards, documentation, and best practices. Champion accessibility and inclusive language in all conversational content. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in conversation design or AI writing for conversational interfaces. Strong portfolio showcasing work across chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal platforms. Proficiency in writing natural, human-like dialogue with excellent editing skills. Solid understanding of AI principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards. Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Voiceflow. Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and iterative design processes. Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments. Seniority level
