Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions. Connect clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements. Use recruiting tools effectively. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations. Conduct reference checks on candidates. Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High outbound activity to source clients and candidates. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and ethics. Effective negotiation skills. A degree is preferred but not required. Successful completion of gpac training. Benefits and Compensation
Base salary begins at $35,568 annually, with potential to earn between $40,000 and over $500,000 annually through commissions, which are uncapped. After the initial period, eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and 401(k) plan is available. About gpac
