gpac is seeking entry-level recruiters to join our team. No previous recruiting experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training, tools, and support. This is a commission-driven role with significant earning potential and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation

Base pay ranges from $36,000 to $300,000 annually, with additional commissions that are uncapped, ranging from 30% to 80% of your production. The starting salary is approximately $35,568 per year, paid biweekly. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions. Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements. Use recruiting tools effectively. Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare clients for interviews. Assist in job offer negotiations and conduct reference checks. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Integrity, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards. Effective negotiation skills. A degree is preferred but not required. Successful completion of gpac training. Company Culture & Benefits
