Project Manager – MRO Transfer

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Project Manager – MRO Transfer in Grand Prairie, TX . This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. $96k-$150k/hourDOE Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end MRO transfer projects. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g., FAA Part 145, IATA). Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors. Identify and address project risks with contingency planning. Optimize distribution and logistics operations through lean methodologies. Support sustainability initiatives and process improvements. Maintain clear project documentation and stakeholder communication. Foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Business. 5+ years of project management experience in logistics, distribution, or related fields. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Familiarity with FAA Part 145 and continuous improvement practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Project management certification preferred. Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR. Skills & Attributes: Strong logistics and distribution center knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Gantt tools, and SAP. High integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements: Work performed in office and logistics environments. Regular use of hands, sitting, and computer work; occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs). Business travel up to 25%. Quiet work environment.
