Job Description Forsyth Barnes recently partnered with a Consumer Goods business that is looking to further grow out their Digital Marketing Analytics team. This position will be responsible for managing a small team and looking across projects with Web Analytics, Campaign Measurement, Segmentation in CDP and more. Key Responsibilities Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience with analytics platforms and 5+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related fields. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau, with advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in statistical modeling, data visualization, and extracting insights from data. Proven leadership in building and managing digital analytics teams, with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Requirements Key Responsibilities : Drive data-informed strategies to enhance marketing efforts, boost customer acquisition and retention, and improve conversion rates. Oversee the development of integrated data frameworks, incorporating web analytics, experimentation methodologies, and personalization technologies to enhance AI/ML-experiences. Develop and implement advanced measurement systems to gain deeper customer insights, improve online interactions, and strengthen marketing strategies. Support international digital projects by maintaining accurate data, enhancing analytics processes, and introducing solutions that boost user engagement and site efficiency.
