Digital Analytics Manager
Lead our global digital marketing efforts for a dynamic and diverse portfolio of brands. You will play a pivotal role in executing a wide array of digital marketing functions, including web management, promotional campaigns, social media engagement, paid media strategies, and search optimization. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative strategies for data analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting, configuring, and implementing advanced analytics solutions to enhance our marketing insights and effectiveness. Analyze performance data from owned and earned channels (website, e-commerce, CRM, social listening) to understand customer behavior, sales trends, and digital content performance. Act as a data storyteller by creating dashboards and presentations that effectively convey actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel, focusing on key performance indicators across different data sources, including website traffic, e-commerce, and CRM metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms and tools. Use web analytics tools effectively with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments and looking at data across platforms. Work cross-functionally with a global team to monitor campaign KPIs and data sources. Ensure alignment of marketing insights and recommendations with overarching campaign strategies and objectives. Collaborate with relevant teams on tagging and pixel implementation using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and personalize site experiences and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and implement strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales. Manage development of dashboards and analysis to answer strategic questions for the business. Create institutional knowledge on analytics and educate senior leadership on digital and multichannel customer trends. Use web analytics tools effectively with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments and looking at data across platforms. Work with business stakeholders to define and evolve reporting/tagging requirements and tools that enable the team to better measure performance and drive actionable insights. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data hygiene and accuracy, and troubleshoot data feeds and integrations as needed. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Between 1-3 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics 4. Between 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $116,250 - $155,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
