The Arteco team, based in our offices in Ghent, is currently looking for a Digital Transformation Program Manager As Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will play a key role in turning our digital ambitions into reality. You will drive the execution of our IT & Digital roadmap and ensure that every initiative delivers real value to the business. Acting as a bridge between strategy, operations, and technology, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to strengthen our digital foundations. You will report to the Strategic Transformation & Program Manager. What will be your responsibilities? You manage the full portfolio of our digital transformation initiatives, such as for example the implementation of a data & AI platform, the set-up of an integration platform. You ensure transparent follow-up, provide status updates and lead the IT & Digital Strategy Council meetings. You lead strategic digital projects, from defining requirements to delivering outcomes. This includes preparing RFPs, managing milestones, resources, and costs. You inspire and motivate colleagues towards a digital-first mindset, providing training and promoting digital tools for data-driven decision-making and increased efficiency. You develop a strong network of external partners and consultants, collaborating with IT solution providers to identify key strategic partners and best-fit solutions to accelerate Arteco's digital transformation. You keep up to date with emerging digital technologies and trends, regularly evaluating their potential impact and opportunities for Arteco. You support the organization with portfolio and project management methodologies and tools, providing expertise, guidance, and taking on a coaching or advisory role.
What makes you the right candidate for this role? You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent by experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in business, innovation, or project management. You have a good understanding of IT tools and architecture, and are familiar with technologies like Data Analytics, AI, and Automation. You have experience with both agile and waterfall project methodologies. You are a results-driven project manager with strong analytical skills. You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You are a strategic thinker capable of aligning digital initiatives with business needs.
