Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a day shift assignment, open to first-time travelers and requiring AHA certification.
Responsibilities Work in a nuclear medicine department handling an average daily census of 5 patientsDay shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call or weekend requirementsNo floating required for this assignmentUses Omnicell for medication dispensing and Meditech Expanse for documentationSBAR is used for communication among staffExpect to work some holidays as scheduledRTO (requests for time off) must be minimal, preferably none in first two weeks or as full weeks, and must be approved before startTravelers will use a badge system for clocking in and outOrientation to all unit systems and workflows will be providedTeam uses standard communication protocols and support is provided by staff
