Job Overview: AIM Consulting Services is urgently seeking a seasoned Public Service Program Manager with a passion for driving excellence in large-scale government and educational construction programs. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a licensed architect, professional engineer, or certified construction manager with LEED accreditation. You will take the reins of complex, multi-project programs - managing scope, funding, scheduling, and compliance while championing value engineering and stakeholder collaboration. Lead project planning and development across engineering, construction, and technical support. Oversee program schedules, budgets, funding allocations, and closeout procedures. Manage program planners, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals. Develop and execute funding strategies, including leveraging grants and partnerships. Conduct value engineering and mitigate cost overruns. Produce executive reports and participate in litigation support when needed. Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness, policies, and reporting practices. Facilitate community engagement and stakeholder communication on high-profile projects. Mediate project conflicts and participate in change order and contract negotiations. Provide mentorship and document lessons learned to continually improve team performance. Qualifications:

Required Experience:

10+ years of professional experience managing and administering complex programs and projects. At least 4 years managing programs within public or educational institutions. Experience concurrently managing multiple public sector programs is strongly preferred.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Licenses & Certifications (All Required): CCM, PE, Licensed Architect are preferred not required. LEED Professional Accreditation
