As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in our Programs team, responsible for implementing the digital roadmap within Safran Cabin Service plant (Garden Grove). Your tasks will include leading digital initiatives, identifying opportunities for leveraging digital technologies, improving processes, enhancing customer and user experiences, and driving innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and secure support. Leading project execution, managing risks, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery. Developing change management strategies for successful adoption of digital tools and processes. Engaging with employees and leadership to promote understanding, support, and commitment, including communication, training, and addressing resistance. Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for digital tools. Conducting regular quality checks. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10 years of project management, data management, or supply chain experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments. 5+ years of analyst and project management experience. Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills, SQL, ERP systems (preferably M3). Preferred: Experience as Product Owner or in digital transformation roles, ERP understanding, Agile methodologies, Change Management skills. Additional information
