The Associate Director, Customer Engagement and Injector Training - Chronic Migraine (CM) is accountable for developing, executing, and managing customer educational programs and leading healthcare professional (HCP) engagement planning for CM. This role involves partnering with national and regional societies to enhance Allergan’s presence at meetings, fostering relationships with marketing teams, physicians, sales force, and external vendors. The candidate will collaborate with brand directors, product managers, and agency partners to create innovative customer engagement, education, and training initiatives that drive product utilization and sales. Key experience includes working in a high-paced matrix environment, strategic marketing, budgeting, and effective communication. Main Responsibilities: Develop and manage customer education and training programs, including online education and resources. Evolve training programs to align with brand goals, collaborating with teams and agencies to innovate and improve initiatives. Manage budgets and oversee program content and format, including speaker bureaus and compliance. Create strategic education marketing plans, manage multiple platforms, analyze program effectiveness, and implement improvements. Work with speakers and sales teams for content development and lead advisory boards to enhance training offerings. Manage departmental budgets and materials, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Travel may be required. Build relationships with sales teams, physicians, APPs, and leadership. Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends. Partner with HCP brand leads for digital and non-personal promotion opportunities and share best practices for multi-channel customer engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Proven marketing experience, preferably cross-channel or cross-franchise. Minimum 5 years in marketing, physician education, and sales training. Strong creative, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with budgeting and change management. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. This role is in a location with pay disclosure requirements.
