Technology Deployment Manager
to lead enterprise-wide deployment efforts, ensuring the delivery of core operational applications with precision, empathy, and accountability. The role involves planning, readiness, and sustainment of deployments, supporting a team culture rooted in Beacon’s values. The ideal candidate will drive operational alignment, champion system adoption, and translate complex execution into measurable value, blending vision with discipline for transformational leadership. Responsibilities include:
Prioritizing stakeholder experience by aligning delivery with operational realities Advocating for clear, simple processes to reduce user frustration and build confidence Supporting field teams during change with patience, structure, and resources Identifying and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to execute deployment strategies Facilitating governance forums to share risks, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability Owning end-to-end deployment accountability from readiness to post-go-live adoption Aligning execution with SOPs, configuration standards, and user feedback Driving KPI reporting on adoption, early usage, and value realization Celebrating successful launches and building team morale Leading with vision and rigor, managing data and analytics proactively Improving deployment processes by documenting learnings and creating scalable tools Qualifications:
10+ years in technology enablement, process improvement, or operational strategy roles Success leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks Knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and adoption strategies Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Experience in field operations or student transportation technologies preferred Salary:
