Job Title: Senior Pega Developer
We are seeking an experienced Pega developer to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications. The role involves deploying large-scale projects, developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models, and collating business analysis requirements. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with full-stack teams to enhance testing and deployment processes across various technologies. Understand and apply knowledge of platform responsibilities, databases, APIs, caching layers, proxies, and web services. Coordinate with project teams to align business architecture with customer needs. Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services. Troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Design, develop, and execute test cases for applications. Maintain system security. Develop solutions for Pega-based systems through programming and analysis.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BPM application design and development using Pega. Experience with Pega Constellation (versions 8.8, Infinity 23.1, or 24.1). Hands-on experience with Agents, Integrations, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Flows, UI, etc. Knowledge of Pega architecture, security, and service interfaces. Experience with REST calls, migration management, configuration, and performance monitoring. Understanding of OOP concepts, system security, and Business Process Management technologies. Experience with BDD and testing frameworks like Cucumber. Proven experience as a Pega developer. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Pega Customer Service for Insurance is a plus.
Compensation Range: Start: $102,060.00 End: $189,540.00
Geographic Specific Pay Structure: Structure 110: $112,280.00 - $208,520.00 Structure 115: $117,390.00 - $218,010.00
