The Packet Core Technical Project Manager is responsible for technical delivery in the Packet Core Delivery project. They manage all technical activities defined in the customer contract, focusing on quality, risk, and time management from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance, and care phase. The manager acts as the primary technical interface and the first escalation point within the customer project. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 15+ years of experience in Packet Core projects. Knowledge and experience with Packet Core equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF. Knowledge and experience with Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD. Understanding of Technical Notes, Protocol Specifications, and Method of Procedure.

Nice to Have

Linux knowledge is an advantage. Basic project management skills are beneficial. Experience with MS Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

Accountable for ticket consolidation, prioritization, escalation, and communication with customers and stakeholders related to technical delivery. Responsible for creating the Packet Core domain project delivery schedule. Support the Project Manager in developing the project schedule and resource management plan. Manage technical project documents, ensuring they are initiated, created, and delivered according to procedures. Consult stakeholders on all technical issues related to CPC and manage project technical risks. Manage the Packet Core technical team daily, including task assignment and oversight, coordinating work to meet customer expectations. Ensure closure and follow-up of all tickets raised via Salesforce/4LS/R&D. Report weekly project updates to management, oversee project handover, and contribute to improving delivery quality KPIs by reviewing the need to raise care cases.
