Technical Project Manager

Nokia . In this role, you will manage the project technical team, including assigning specific tasks and controlling their execution. You will coordinate engineers work according to customer demands and expectations, schedule and facilitate regular project technical meetings. You will provide reports on the status, existing issues, and future plans within your area of responsibility. You will be accountable for the quality of all technical processes and procedures implemented at the project, such as customer network interventions, including administrative and technical preparations, development of procedures, rehearsal testing in labs, instructing intervention engineers, and making decisions about the results of intervention execution. Key Responsibilities: Create Packet Core domain project delivery schedules. Support the Project Manager in creating project schedules and resource management plans. Initiate, create, and deliver technical project documents according to customer and internal procedures. Deliver technical project scope, including network functions deployment, integration, upgrade, acceptance testing, and system performance evaluation. Consult project stakeholders on all technical questions related to CPC. Define software implementation strategies, including specific software versions for CPC Network Elements, their installation sequences, and dependencies. Define requirements for new software features and coordinate with R&D and Product Managers. Implement new tools to enhance project execution effectiveness, including automation tools, and provide feedback to developers. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 15+ years of experience in Packet Core Projects. Knowledge or experience with Packet Core Equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF. Knowledge or experience with Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD. Ability to understand technical notes, protocol specifications, and procedures. Preferred Skills: Linux knowledge is an advantage. Basic project management skills are an advantage.
