is seeking an

Aviation Project Manager

to join our national aviation team to oversee and direct airport terminal improvements. We have

projects nationwide at all major airports, including

CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX,

and other states. A successful candidate will need significant aviation experience and have previously managed design or construction within an active airport terminal environment. Responsibilities include: Provide project management, technical oversight, and leadership for all phases of aviation projects associated with capital improvements, including business case development, stakeholder engagement, design management, procurement, permitting, approvals, scheduling, project delivery, cost and change management, safety, quality control, and ORAT. Guide discipline managers and contractors to address program challenges, risk management, innovation, schedule, and budget performance. Ensure responsibilities are accomplished with high quality, exceeding client expectations. Develop project processes, controls, and governance aligned with project goals. Oversee project planning and development, including engineering, bidding strategy, scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, systems, facility integration, and commissioning. Coordinate with stakeholders such as airport divisions, airlines, regulatory agencies, and other partners. Develop and oversee the program schedule and project-level schedules. Utilize earned value management to track and manage projects. Conduct design and construction progress meetings. Drive deliverables to meet deadlines and present progress to stakeholders. Use electronic tools like Primavera P6, PMIS, and related software. Manage traffic, utility shutdowns, impact notices, and contingency plans as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing capital projects/programs over $10M. Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction. Experience managing multiple construction activities concurrently. Required Education/Accreditation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred. Comparable experience may substitute for education.
