Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Command and Launch (C&L) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Communications Outside Plant (COSP) Integrated Node Manager 2 in support of the Sentinel program. This leadership role will be located in Huntsville, AL. What you'll get to do:
Lead systems engineering execution as the main focal point for C&L product team systems engineering integration into the Launch Center. Manage day-to-day operations of the COSP Integrated Node team. Oversee development of the C&L physical architecture, use cases, requirements, performance analysis, verification architecture model, and presentation materials. Implement processes for requirements development, verification activities, OPSCON, use cases, architecture, and analysis model development. Work with program and product teams to develop systems engineering content using MBSE tools and methods. Coordinate with various teams to analyze, develop, and maintain systems engineering artifacts and design solutions. Ensure C&L products are integrated, shielded, radiation hardened, and fully functional at the COSP Integrated Node. Present at milestone reviews including CDRs and audits. Coordinate design changes, identify gaps, and develop cost-effective solutions. Conduct technical analyses and recommend solutions. Monitor project progress and lead status review sessions. Lead the COSP Integrated Node Critical Design Review (CDR). Support planning and execution of the EMD SOW, ensuring requirements are allocated and verified. Manage scope, schedule, and technical performance as the Work Package Lead. Position Benefits

This position follows a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off. Salary range: $149,400 - $224,000, with potential bonuses and incentives depending on experience and responsibilities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's in STEM with 6 years of experience. Leadership experience in projects or performance management. Experience in verification planning and MBSE tools like Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody. Active US DoD Secret Clearance, ability to obtain Sentinel SAP clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Sentinel facility design, ICBM programs, EVM systems, certification activities. Strong leadership, communication, and systems engineering skills. Experience with DoDAF, requirements management, and system development on large programs. Additional Details:
