What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Identify LTS targets and lead high-level legal transformation conversations with C-level executives - Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and increase revenue for broader service lines - Leverage professional networks to identify new opportunities and pursue LTS projects directly - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal consulting and delivery teams
What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience - 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services - Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Strong understanding of technology-enabled legal service offerings - Ability to evangelize service offerings to industry workgroups and conferences
