Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a

Senior Project Manager

with experience in the design and construction management of public sector projects. Experience with state, county, and local municipality projects, including Higher Education or K-12 school districts, is a plus. The candidate should be a self-starter, able to take initiative, and drive activities with limited oversight. Responsibilities Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages. Manage project finances, including client invoicing and monitoring financial status. Develop detailed project plans. Monitor and apply performance management techniques. Manage change control processes. Coordinate project information flow through meetings and written communication. Prepare project budget reports and progress updates. Ensure quality standards and compliance. Construct proposals for new work or variations. Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures. Address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues with the line manager. Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems. Qualifications Strategic advisory skills during project conception, including approach recommendations. Excellent time management to ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness. Strong relationship-building with clients and team members. Experience working effectively within project teams. Business development skills, including cross-selling opportunities. Effective sharing and retention of key information and data. Education / Experience 8+ years in design and construction management. BS in construction management, engineering, or architecture (AA acceptable with sufficient experience). Experience with Alternative Delivery methods (PDB preferred). Proven leadership in design and construction phases. Proficiency in PMiS software, MS Office, Adobe, Bluebeam. Membership in professional organizations (CCM, PMP, PE) preferred. Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work streams. Additional Information The salary range is $110k-$140k annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
