The Lead Business Analyst will provide direct support to the Sr Director Technology Project Management with system maintenance, updates, administration, as well as implementation and support of, highly visible, enterprise-wide operational and financial systems. The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting current and future business processes, and providing functional and technical guidance for application configuration. The Lead Business Analyst will also be responsible for technical design and development of system integrations, inbound and outbound, that enhance organization automation with ERP, HRMS, EPM and Purchasing applications. What will you do? D esign, implement and deploy Oracle Cloud based solutions for HR, Payroll, Financials, Purchasing and EPM. Collaborate with cross functional project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on the full lifecycle implementation for Oracle Cloud initiatives. Evaluate existing processes for inefficiencies and establish new flows for streamlined processing. Provide guidance on high-impactactivities within the systems development lifecycle and provide advisory work for the IT technical staff. Create specifications for interfaces, data conversions, reports, and application extensions. Prepare, document and communicate business requirements for new systems and updates to existing systems; ensuring appropriate divisional signoffs are obtained. Coordinate and facilitate cross application meetings to define business processes, technical and functional requirements. Define processing logic and translate high-level business requirements into a detailed design and configuration document. Develop and maintain user documentation and instructions for all systems. Perform system testing and unit audits, verifying results for accuracy, and collaborating with end users to develop required test data. What do you need to succeed? 2+ years of HRMS, Payroll, and Finance experience performing various activities including process design, configuration, modeling and integration development. 2+ years of full life cycle experience with both custom development and packaged applications. Experience with technical integration and proficiency with advanced financial, human capital management, and workforce management systems. Experience with functional configuration of packaged applications such as Oracle HCM, Payroll, Financials, and EPM Cloud-based solutions. Experience with System Administration processes and End User Support within Oracle Cloud. Experience in business process documentation and reengineering. Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and problem solve. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and open to learning new ways of working. Ability to be a reliable team member, capable of effective collaboration to achieve our shared goals across teams and departments. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, tailoring the message based on the purpose, audience, and channel.
