Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Project Lead located in St. Louis City County, MO. The Architect Project Lead will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs meet client requirements and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and team members, preparing submittals, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project designs, and ensuring compliance with sustainable practices. The role also involves overseeing production team, mentoring, project budgets, schedules, and document quality to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Experience in Architecture and Project Management Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in preparing and reviewing submittals Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional licensure is a plus Seniority level
