About Job
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our client's team based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, specifically in healthcare high-rise, data centers, and light industrial sectors. This role requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, with a willingness to travel to project sites across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
Successfully manage and oversee electrical projects valued at $20M+
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to stakeholders
Implement and maintain safety protocols and project management best practices
Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors
Travel to project sites as required, ensuring on-site presence and effective management
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent with over 5 years of experience
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects ($20M+)
Expertise in healthcare high-rise, data center, and light industrial projects
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently and manage projects across various locations
Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
Employment stability and a strong track record of successful project delivery

Travel Expectations
Majority of projects are in the DFW market
Travel typically follows a 3 weeks on, long weekends home rotation
Open to negotiation and flexibility regarding travel schedules
Per diem and travel pay bump apply during travel periods
Benefits
Base Salary: $120k - $160k; depending on experience
Competitive base salary with potential increase during travel
Per diem package for lodging and food expenses
