Position Summary The

Director, Client Success

is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships through active partnership and collaboration with EnableComp operations and sales teams. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, aligning client expectations with internal capabilities, and driving satisfaction and retention through proactive communication. The Director acts as a client advocate, translating needs into actionable plans, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow market share by exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: 25% Collaboration with other EnableComp functions: 25% Client Business Reviews and Meetings: 25% Introducing and selling new solutions to existing clients, including meeting sales quotas: 25% Participate throughout the client lifecycle, including sales, implementation, go-lives, and business reviews, while identifying cross-sell opportunities Oversee Client Success activities for designated clients Coordinate with EnableComp leadership to ensure timely and professional execution of duties Represent EnableComp as an ambassador, providing courteous and efficient service Manage KPIs such as customer satisfaction surveys, scores, and retention goals Monitor and review client performance metrics, conduct regular review meetings highlighting EnableComp’s value and ROI Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports reflecting key metrics and benchmarks Collaborate internally to develop client-specific strategies and action plans, including revenue maximization and cross-sell opportunities Work with IT and Product Support teams on file corrections and automation initiatives Schedule and lead regular client meetings, prepare agendas, summaries, and deliverables Assist with client onboarding, process updates, and post-implementation deliverables Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all organizational levels Participate in internal account review meetings (sales forecasts, risk assessments, etc.) Exercise independent judgment and discretion in responsibilities Perform other duties as required Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field 7-10 years of account management experience in healthcare technology, specifically in hospital revenue cycle management Equivalent education and experience considered Experience with claims billing, IT/EDI systems preferred Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily; accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities Key Considerations & Prerequisites Effective presentation skills for analytics and ROI communication Passion for client service and relationship building Self-starter with ability to collaborate internally Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Experience managing stressful situations and difficult conversations Consultative relationship style, positive attitude, team player Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities with flexibility Up to 30% travel required EnableComp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
