What You Will Do:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions. Manage partnerships from pitch through execution, including timelines and deliverables. Develop and align business strategies with key stakeholders. Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and business travel as needed. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Identify appropriate brands for IP collaboration through market research and industry analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in the gaming and/or entertainment industries. Native-level English proficiency. Experience in brand/IP and cross-industry collaborations. Strong multitasking ability and deadline management. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Passion for gaming, especially in the ACG space.

Pluses:

Marketing experience is a plus. Overseas work experience is a plus. Business-fluent Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
