Your Business We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties. We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industrys first total airway solution. How will you add Value? Business Management:
As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope product line. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis. Be a Trusted Partner:
You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets:
You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Understand your market:
You will learn new industry and market information that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership. Who are we looking for? Key Attributes: Driven:

You understand funnel and pipeline management and strategically manage your sales pipeline in order to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. You continually move the customer through the sales process and effectively negotiate with the customer based on a strong understanding of their constraints and priorities. Passion for improving patient lives:
You are passionate about medical technology in order to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy. The Basic Requirements: 2+ years B2B outside sales experience Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds Must reside within territory; Little Rock area preferred Required overnight travel is 3-5 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes the state of Arkansas, Shreveport, LA, and southeast Missouri. Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed The Benefits of Working with Us Additional Commission Potential.
$120k-$155k (Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and quota.) Wellness & Life Balance Programs.
