As a Senior Manager of Member Engagement at Sam's Club, you will develop and execute partnership projects for Sam’s Club’s loyalty program, Sam’s Club Bonus Offers. This role requires an analytical mindset combined with flawless project execution to support Sam’s Club’s long-term strategy. You will influence various teams within Sam’s Club, Walmart, and external partners to achieve high-impact efforts and aggressive growth goals. What you'll do

Influence and persuade teams within Sam’s Club & Walmart and external counterparts. Partnership Development:
Track record of closing high-impact partnerships with third parties. Identifying Opportunities:
Identify, nurture, and close key partnership or client opportunities in a B2B setting. Lifecycle Management:
Manage the full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation. Efficient Negotiations:
Manage multiple deals and negotiations efficiently. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate internal activities with product managers for successful partner launches. Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new markets and partnership opportunities. Relationship Building:
Build and manage relationships with key partners within Walmart that drive business growth. What you'll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years' experience in retail or related field. Preferred Qualifications
Optional qualifications include experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Supervising Associates, and certifications like Project Management Professional. Primary Location
