Electronics Test Technician

to support testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of RF, digital, and analog circuit systems. This is a hands-on position involving printed circuit board rework, system integration, and use of advanced test equipment. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in RF testing below 1 GHz, circuit troubleshooting, and component-level diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Assemble and rework printed circuit boards (including through-hole and SMT components) Follow complex assembly drawings to build and integrate modular electronic systems Test, troubleshoot, and tune RF, digital, and analog boards using schematics and detailed procedures Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic tools Construct and wire test fixtures and validate system performance using in-house testing tools Load proprietary software onto hardware platforms and validate functionality Handle customer returns and document repair activities in accordance with RMA procedures Collaborate with engineering to document and communicate production issues and findings Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to test and troubleshoot RF circuits and systems (sub-1 GHz frequency range) Strong soldering and PCB rework skills (TH & SMT components) Excellent understanding of analog/digital electronics and system integration Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering documentation Skilled with test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general PC literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Associate degree or technical certificate in Electrical/Electronics Technology or a related field Minimum of

3 years of hands-on industry experience
