The ideal candidate will have significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work, focusing on start-ups and emerging growth companies. Duties

Advise start-ups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings. Manage public offerings and venture financings using NVCA documents. Handle domestic M&A transactions for startup companies and investors. Maintain and develop client and counsel relationships. Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form. Requirements

4-6 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work. Experience with at least ten venture financings using NVCA documents. Proactive with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Admitted to the state bar in practicing location or eligible to waive in. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications

State Bar admission in practicing location. Skills
